Since initial product development began in 1999, Dynamis, Inc.’s COBRA has been used by a variety of United States (U.S.) and international federal, state, and local authorities in support of decision, emergency, and crisis management. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) deployed COBRA as the tactical control system for the 2002 Winter Olympics and to all accredited bomb squads across the U.S. In 2004, the U.S. Department of Defense designated COBRA as the decision support system for the GUARDIAN program, installing it in over 200 U.S. military locations worldwide.

Proven at the World’s Largest Events

Starting in 2013, the U.S. Air National Guard deployed COBRA to all its emergency operation centers. Since 2012, COBRA has been used by the Brazilian Army and Navy as the official command, control, and reconnaissance system for high visibility events including RIO +20 conference, the Papal Visit in 2013, the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. In 2015, Belgium chose COBRA as its National Incident Management System.
